COMMON MOLD ISSUES
The most common indoor molds are Aspergillus, Cladosporium, and Penicillium. Mold begins to take hold and spread from high moisture levels. Mold prone environments are commonly caused by water leaks in pipes, roofing, foundation issues and poor rain drainage as well as a lack of ventilation. Not only can mold have negative health effects, and a reduced quality of life, mold breaks down the materials it lives upon and will eventually need to be replaced.
